Q - Are the reservations I make through Magical Journeys the same as reservations I would make directly through Disney?

A - Yes. The confirmation number you receive when you book through us is a Disney confirmation number. These reservations cannot be accessed through the Disney website at this time. We are hoping they will have the technology to do so soon.

A - We usually know about the discounts before the general public, so we have access to first inventories. If you have an existing reservation with us, we regularly monitor and apply promotions that come up to ensure you are getting the best priced vacation package. All special packages are subject to availability, so if your resort is not available, we will tell you what options you have to save money. We are experts are securing lowest rates and will work to ensure you get the best available price.

Q. What does this monitoring service cost?

A. Nothing! There is no charge at all for our service. If you feel the need to pay a fee, please see our FEE page

Q - Who will charge my credit card?

A. We provide the information to Disney and your credit card is charged directly by Disney. You will receive a confirmation number that has been generated by Disney, and your statement will reflect a charge processed by Disney.
